Hi, I’m Sophia.
I’m an educator, strategist, and leadership development expert with over 15 years of experience guiding institutions, programs, and people through meaningful change.
My path has taken me through the worlds of higher education and academic medicine, two spaces that don’t always speak the same language but share a common heartbeat: a commitment to learning, growth, and the people who make it all possible.
Along the way, I’ve helped design programs that center both rigor and compassion. I’ve worked with leaders navigating transition, faculty rethinking what teaching can look like, and learners at every stage- undergraduate students, medical trainees, and early-career professionals trying to find their place in systems that don’t always feel made for them.
What ties it all together? A belief that structure and soul can coexist. That strategy and reflection belong in the same room. And that real growth happens when we create systems grounded in trust, curiosity and permission to evolve.
